Warranty + Jewelry Care

Do You Offer A Warranty?

Yes, Alexandra Harbushka Co. stands by the quality of our pieces. We offer a complimentary 60-day limited warranty on items purchased within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain.

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

For further support or questions on your warranty and to begin your repair please contact hi@alexandraharbushkaco.com and our Concierge Team will assist you. Kindly be aware that any work performed on our pieces by an outside jeweler will void this warranty.

How Do I Care For My Jewelry?

Your jewelry is delicate and precious so it should be cared for with love and care. We recommend the following:

- There are some daily rituals you'll want to remove your jewelry such as; showering, hitting the gym, lotions, perfumes dishes, potentially cleaning your house. Really anything that you think you might scratch or damage your jewelry.

- Every night before bed take your jewelry off and put it in a special place. You don't want to lose it in bed . Lay your jewelry out flat to prevent tangling, knotting, denting or scratching.

- Some stones are softer than others and can chip or crack. If you're in doubt don't wear it.

- To clean your diamond jewelry use a soft toothbrush with dish-soap. Gently scrub the metal and the diamonds. Our pro tip is do this over a sink where the drain has been closed. Alexandra the founder has had the unthinkable happen.

Payments + Financing

Payments

Alexandra Harbushka Co. accepts payments online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not offer PayPal. Your payment is process at the time your oder is processed, regardless of the lead time or ship date of your jewelry.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to the address in Nevada. Requirements and thresholds my change and are outside of our control.

How Does Financing Work

Alexandra Harbushka Co. offers financing through Shop Pay. Pay in 4 interest-free installments.

Discounts

A discount can be applied to your order during checkout using a discount code that was provided to you. Terms may apply to specific discounts and discounts maybe only valid on specific items for specific time periods.

Shipping + Processing

Domestic Shipping

Alexandra Harbushka Co. offers free shipping on orders over $500. For orders under $500, we charge a flat shipping rate of $25.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on most items. International shipping rates are paid by the customer. Please not that orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

When will My Items Ship?

If your item is in stock it will ship next day excluding Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. If your item is being manufactured please allow 3-4 weeks.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please list of international countries we ship to at checkout. International shipping costs do vary. Rate and tax will be calculated at checkout. Please note there might be additional taxes or rates that are out of our control.

Returns + Exchanges

Does Alexandra Harbushka Co. Offer Exchanges?

We offer domestic exchanges. In stock items will be held until we have received your item back and have approved your exchange. Please note that lead times on made to order pieces will not begin until we process your exchange. Be sure to look at the lead time when initiating an even exchange.

If your exchange item does not adhere to our guidelines listed below, Alexandra Harbushka Co. reserves the right to deny an exchange and ship the item back, at the customer’s expense.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned from within the United States.

All pieces that are eligible for a return or exchange must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition.

Store credit will be offered if exchange is less than the item being exchanged.

Jewelry must be returned in it's original Alexandra Harbushka Co. packaging.

International Shipping Exchanges?

Alexandra Harbushka Co. offers exchanges on orders shipped within the United Sates.

Does Alexandra Harbushka Co. Offer Returns?

Yes, we offer a 14 day return policy from the date in which you received your package. This applies to jewelry items purchased on alexandraharbushkaco.com that are not showing any signs of wear, resizing, damaged and in its original packaging. Items not meeting this criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the senders expense. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping on returns.

Custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  

FINAL SALE items include:

- Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

- Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded

- Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

Alexandra Harbushka Co. reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

Please allow store credit to be issued within 7 business days from the date in which Alexandra Harbushka Co. receives your return.

What Is Your Gift Exchange Policy?

We offer store credit or even exchange of the same item in a different size or color for gifted orders that are returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Please note we do not offer cash refunds and the amount paid on the item will be issued onto a gift card, which can only be used on our site.

Promo codes or discounts applied on the purchase are non-transferable.
